The residential property owners of Frisbie Street in Bonita, a community in San Diego, are once again free to stroll safely down their neighborhood street. Over the years, Frisbie Street has become increasingly dangerous for residents due to the heavy flow of traffic. Frisbie Street is a narrow residential lane connecting two main roads and home owners in the area were having difficulty just getting out of their driveways. As a result the county has decided that the street should be closed off to through traffic for a period of 6 months after which a decision will be made as to whether the closure will be permanent. Residents have stipulated that they are not trying to be nasty nor exclusive but because the road is so narrow and the flow of traffic is so heavy, it has now become a safety issue
