City Heights
Just a little over a mile east of Balboa Park, is City Heights, population being some 60,000 residents. University and El Cajon Boulevard are lined with businesses, and City Heights is diverse in many ethnicities having a large Asian population, evidenced by a large number of oriental restaurants and supermarkets.
